Alicia Jentner – Owner & Finance Manager

Alicia brings over 10 years of skill in public institution administration. Her experience working with board governance while part of the Governance Essentials Program, the Directors Education Program, the Institute of Corporate Directors (ICD), and the Alberta School of Business – have proved invaluable to condo management.

Being a former condominium board President, owner and a resident raising a young family in a condo – she is easily able to relate to the challenges and benefits of condo life.

Alicia has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Human Ecology, which is the science of creating healthy human environments for everyday living; she has taken all three levels of Condominium Management education courses offered through the Canadian Condominium Institute; is a certified Crime-Free Multi-Housing Manager with the City of Edmonton Police and you can often find her at Canadian Condominium Institute conferences and events.

Bernard Jentner – Owner & Condominium Manager

Owning and living in a condominium have given Bernard great insight into the diverse perspectives of condo life. He also gets to know everyone who lives in his buildings by name, learns to anticipate people’s individual needs, and he always does more than what is expected.

Bernard has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology with a minor in Philosophy from the University of Alberta, and has supplemented that education with courses in financial accounting, finance, statistics, management, and governance from Athabasca University.

Bernard brings over 15 years of condominium and townhome maintenance, building construction, information system and building automation experience. He uses a systems approach to all things, meaning there is always a wider pattern and broader outcomes to consider when making decisions that affect so many people; it is this careful balanced approach that has proven itself repeatedly and makes him stand out.

Catherine Ryan – Condominium Manager

Catherine lends over 15 years of administrative, financial, service and legal expertise to the Stellar Team. Catherine’s efficient and friendly nature precisely match the overall Stellar approach. Catherine has a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology, Physical Education and English from the University of Alberta, and has supplemented her skills with continued professional development completing both the Legal Assistant and Office Administration programs from The Career College, and achieving her Mutual Fund and Life Insurance Licenses from The Canadian Securities Institute.

Muriel Brideau – Accounting Assistant

Muriel lends over 25 years of accounting expertise to provide part time accounting and administrative support for the Stellar Team. Muriel’s attention to detail and dedication to cost efficiency precisely match the overall Stellar approach.
